Forensic Evaluation Services

Criminal evaluations (including psychiatric/psychological evaluations of juveniles, evaluation of competency to stand trial and waive Miranda rights, amenability to treatment, issues pertinent to transfer, risk assessment, assessment of legal sanity for juveniles who are being tried in adult court, competency at the time of the offense (insanity defense) fire setter risk assessment evaluations

Sex Offender Evaluations for children, adolescents and adults

Child/family evaluations (including child custody, termination of parental rights, evaluation of parental capacity)

 
TAP Program for Adolescent and Adult Sex Offenders

The TAP Program provides a multi-modal approach to inappropriate sexual behavior. The TAP Program provides evaluation and treatment programs for both adolescents and adults.

 

Family Services Center
Our Family Services Center provides evaluations for families in turmoil. Evaluations for families involved in custody, parental termination of rights and alleged abuse cases receive detailed evaluations. A variety of treatment programs are available to families involved in custody and/or abuse situations.
 

Autistic/Developmental Delay Evaluation and Treatment Options

ATA Provides evaluations, including functional analysis for children and adolescents manifesting symptoms of pervasive developmental disorders. An array of office and community based services are available to these clients.

 
Forensic (therapeutic) Foster Care

ATA maintains a foster care program with specially trained foster parents to care for and supervise children and adolescents with serious emotional problems.
