Some members of our clinical team: William F. Russell, Ph.D. Dr. Russell is a nationally known expert in forensic psychology. He has numerous publications and conducted many presentations in the assessment of sexual offenders and psychopathy. He has developed evaluation and treatment programs for juvenile offenders throughout the country. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Parole Board’s Sexually Violent Offender Assessment Board and has been providing evaluation and treatment services to court systems in PA, DL, & MD and in the federal courts for the last 15 years. Jordan Weisman, Psy.D. Dr. Weisman earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and holds Masters Degrees in both Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Prior to coming to ATA, Dr. Weisman was a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for the University of Pennsylvania Health System at Pennsylvania Hospital. He has provided both outpatient and inpatient therapeutic services for a wide variety of patients suffering from both behavioral health and physical disorders. Dr. Weisman also consults on behavioral health program development. Robert Hall, M.D. Dr. Hall is an expert in child and adolescent psychiatry. He has been providing care and treatment to children and adolescents with serious mental health problems for many years. He is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents experiencing severe emotional disturbance and juvenile offending. . Linda Valentini-Giulii, Psy.D. Dr. Valentini-Giulii is a well known expert in child psychology. She completed her training at Hahnemann University and did post doctoral work with at the Hampstead Clinic with Anna Freud. Dr. Valentini-Giulii has been supervising and training psychologists in the Philadelphia area for many years. Ellen Spandorfer, Psy.D. Dr. Spandorfer is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is an expert in the evaluation and treatment of traumatized children. She has extensive training and experience with young children who have been sexually abused. Stacey Zolondek, Ph.D. Dr. Zolondek completed an internship at Brown University Medical School. She has worked with offenders in San Francisco and Atlanta. Dr. Zolondek has trained with Gene Abel, MD in Atlanta. She has numerous publications in the area of sex offending and psychopathy. Elaine Hyman, Ph.D. Dr. Hyman's expertise in family dynamics and treatment of family problems is well known in the Philadelphia area. She works with families experiencing the many issues surrounding abuse, neglect and substance abuse.
